Spiderman 3 at Comic-Con
The shitty bootleg below is from Comic-Con San Diego 2006. It's almost painful to watch, but pay close attention to the very end.
Yes sir, Venom is confirmed as the main villain in Spiderman 3. Apparently this is strait from the mouth of Sam Raimi (the Director).

Wow, my first reaction is Venom is a big can of worms (ie the symbiotes and Carnage), but not having him in would be even worse. Can not wait.
