Good news: I'm quitting my job! That is correct folks, two things came up today. Firstly, a new job getting paid 10/hour. Not that much over the 9.25 from before, but now with the added bonus of cash! Screw you government! Socialisms only good when it suits me.... I mean, heh, never mind that one. Anyway, landscaping is the job. Hard work, but good money. Apparently a friend of my sister fired a couple of people because one was being a real ass, and the other was his best friend (If he's fired I quite). So, he has become desperate for people to work. As a matter of fact, he's even gotten Danny (my sister's boyfriend) to pick up a few shifts to help him out. So, a new job.
The second item in import today is that this whole drug study thing finally paid off. That is to say, all those online questionnaires I filled out several months ago yielded something nice... 1100 dollars nice. That's right folks, 2, 1 night stays at he fabulous Allied Research Hotel, along with a few other visits and some wonderful prostate medication. Who could turn it down!? First and last, here I come.
Um... does anyone know how to quit a job?

Set it on fire. Scream against capitalism. Tell them their theology sucks and they are going to hell.
...or... write a 2 weeks notice resignation letter type thing. Hand it to your boss.
ayht that's the ticket... or you can just do what a guy at work did.. don't show up and just go to your next job... that's what he did.... and we hate him now... or at least think he's a jerk... or maybe just he made a jerk move.... but i'm sure if you didn't care and needed to get out fast you could just tell thenm you quit and bve done with it! lol. twoo weeks is nicer
geez, two weeks is half my remaining work time. 1000 dollars in pay at my new jorb. It's a temp place though, as long as I tell them to, they can simply stop giving me work... I hope.
